Click on the Register School button on the top right or homepage. Fill in your school name, email, phone number, and administrative password. You will receive an OTP code to verify your account, after which you can immediately configure your academic session, classes, and invite teachers.
Once the school bursar or administrator generates a fee invoice for a student, the invoice appears in the Parent Portal. Parents can click Pay via Paystack to pay instantly using their Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or USSD. Once the payment succeeds, the invoice status automatically updates to "Paid" and an electronic receipt is generated.
Teachers enter continuous assessment (CA) and exam marks for their assigned subjects. The system automatically computes total scores, calculates student positions, determines letter grades (A, B, C, etc.), averages, and generates downloadable, tamper-proof digital report cards with school branding and principal signatures.
Yes! Edu360 SMS is fully responsive and optimized for mobile browsers. Teachers can mark classroom attendance and submit grades directly from their mobile phones without needing a laptop or desktop computer.
All electronic payments are processed directly through Paystack Payments Limited, which is certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Edu360 SMS does not store sensitive card numbers or PINs on our servers, ensuring bank-grade protection for all financial transactions.
Paystack uses automated instant webhooks. In rare situations where network delays interrupt the callback, the Bursar or Admin can click Verify Payment on the invoice to query Paystack's API directly with the reference number, instantly resolving and confirming the transaction.
