To onboard your school onto Edu360 SMS:

1. Register Account: Visit School Registration and provide the official school name, admin email, phone number, and a secure password.
2. OTP Verification: Enter the 6-digit One-Time Password sent to your email to verify institutional ownership.
3. School Profile: Upload your school logo, configure official address, motto, and contact telephone numbers. The logo will automatically appear on digital report cards and receipts.

Edu360 organizes all academic work hierarchically by Academic Session (e.g. 2025/2026) and Terms (First, Second, Third Term).

• Active Session: Only one academic session can be active at a given time. All class enrollment and assessment data links to the active session.
• Active Term: When activating a term, previous term records remain archived for historical transcript retrieval.

Configure your academic hierarchy:

• Class Levels: Define classes (e.g., JSS 1, JSS 2, SSS 1, Primary 1–6).
• Sections/Arms: Add arms such as Diamond, Gold, A, B.
• Subjects: Create curriculum subjects (Mathematics, English Language, Physics, etc.) and assign qualified teachers to each class subject.

Students can be enrolled individually or batch-uploaded via Excel templates:

• Student Profile: Contains student registration number, admission date, passport photograph, gender, and date of birth.
• Parent Account Connection: When registering a parent, their phone or email automatically links all their children across different classes into a single parent dashboard.

Edu360 eliminates manual broadsheet calculations with automated algorithmic grading:

• Assessment Configuration: Customize CA weights (e.g., 1st CA: 20%, 2nd CA: 20%, Final Exam: 60%).
• Broadsheet Generation: Instant class broadsheet generation with class averages, positions, and highest/lowest marks.
• Digital PDF Report Cards: Generate comprehensive, branded report cards complete with teacher remarks, affective/psychomotor domains, and administrative sign-offs.
